Probe for Windows Help: Email

Probe For Windows can send recommendation emails to growers, and notification emails to other users

Both grower and notification emails will have the same look, and will be sent via the same mail server

Example of a grower email...

Subject: Scheduling for Telleraga Station as at Wed, 1 Jan 2025 13:19

Example of a notification email...

Subject:1 file received on: 23 May 2024 09:46 by: Jim Mercer PC

Email text, colours, format

Email text and layout is set on FileMenu/Export tab: web

emails screen dump

For grower emails the Subject and Message can be entered
The text can have wild cards eg

Subject:Scheduling available for %FarmName% as at %D3%
Message:A new recommendation report for %FARMNAME% is at %WEBLINKS%

Subject and Message text for notification emails is generated by Probe for Windows, but NotifyName (Jim Mercer PC in example above) can be entered FileMenu/Register tab:values

If emails in HTML format

If Use css file the email can be customised by editing a CSS file...

eg: emailheader: {border: 2px solid red; background-image: url('https://www.rsne.com.au/fruition_logo.png'}

The .css file does not need to be uploaded to your web site.

But any logo.png files will need to be on the web.
